  • 招聘工作:客户服务行政主任(CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR)

  • 工作内容:

  1. 及时有效地管理B2C和B2B客户采购订单和库存;

  2. 管理客户订单;

  3. 处理退货授权请求,与客户沟通订单问题,现有促销活动和所有其他客户咨询;

  4. 目录管理,包括产品分类、分类、导航和产品变体;

  5. 完成定期的网站审核,以确保产品信息的准确性、内容差距、改进、促销和营销效果。


  • Manage B2C (Business-to-Customer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) customer purchase orders in a timely and effective manner;

  • Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery;

  • Proactively manage backorders and orders on hold by following up with customers with status updates;

  • Manage inventory levels required for B2B and B2C sales;

  • Support the sales team with customer updates, reliable & accurate order entry, maintaining & growing the existing customer base;

  • Handle Return Authorization requests;

  • Assist and process customer delivery discrepancies, and credit and debit requests;

  • Ensure through team efforts that call quality, productivity, and department’s order metrics are achieved;

  • Communicate with account base in respect to order concerns, existing promotions and all other customer inquiries;

  • Catalog management including product categorization, assortment, navigation, and product variants;

  • Support the completion of custom templates required for new product set up/updates online

  • Help re-name files, re-size or edit existing assets to adhere to customer guidelines

  • Complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of product information, content gaps/enhancements, promotions and marketing effectiveness.

  • 工作要求:

  1. 1至2年类似工作经验;

  2. 熟练使用微软Office办公软件;

  3. 优秀的沟通能力(书面/口头)和人际交往能力,具有组织能力和跟进能力;

  4. 具有在快节奏、动态环境中工作的能力;

  5. 具有良好的团队协作能力和自主能力,特别注重细节;

  6. 流利的双语听说读写能力。


  • 1 – 2 years of similar work experience;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications;

  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;

  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;

  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;

  • Exceptional attention to detail;

  • Fluently bilingual, both spoken and written.
